This course aims to enhance participants’ communication abilities and customer care techniques. It will help course participants to provide high-quality and empathetic care that is tailored to the specific needs of each one of their clients. This aim is achieved by deepening participants, understanding of the pivotal role that effective and sensitive communication has in health and social care environments.
